|Have you implemented the transfer or leasing of right of use in the harmonised bands?||Yes||“secondary spectrum trading” is already implemented for all mobile bands listed in telecommunications law 2003 as amended 2011. In general the principles of the RSPP are already implemented in the Austrian regulations. Further amendments are ongoing. The spectrum inventory is subject to a EU wide coordinated process to be started in 2013 (relevant harmonization measures are in preparation on EU level).|
