Member States to ensure that Points of Single Contact function as fully fledged eGovernment centres

Does the Point of Single Contact cover all the services foreseen in the Service Directive? Yes In Austria some 230 procedures fall under the scope of the Services Directive and are represented on the PSC portals (www.eap.gv.at).
Can all the administrative processes be done through the Point of Single Contact? Yes Electronic full case handling is partly possible (best practice: business registration).
Does the PSC facilitate cross-border provision of services? Yes Online completion of procedures is possible for foreign users (no e-Signature and no e-ID are requested). In the implementation report of the Commission of 8 June 2012 Austria is mentioned as best performer regarding e-procedures.
