Yes Government resolution 1479/2011 obliges all governmental institutions (incl. ministries and public bodies under governmental surveillance) to use open document formats in their work and communication. Are you using open source software? Yes ODF standards are accepted by all central governmental bodies and a pilot was launched in 2011 for introducing open-source office software in the central administration
