Has a national or governmental CERT been established? Yes CERT-Hungary was established in 2004 as governmental CERT with a mandate from the government commissioner for ICT; Since January 2010, a government decree (223/2009) has been in force that designates CERT-Hungary as the National Cyber Security Center see: http://www.cert-hungary.hu/en
Is the CERT fully operational? Yes CERT-Hungary is has been operational since January 2005. see: http://www.cert-hungary.hu/en/node/6
Does the CERT participate in international CERT communities/initiatives? Yes CERT-Hungary is an accredited member of TI TF-CSIRT, FIRST, EGC. CERT-Hungary represents Hungary in CIIP initiatives such as the Meridian Process or the International Watch & Warning Network. see: http://www.cert-hungary.hu/en/node/6
