Does the Plan meet the European Commission's Digital Agenda for Europe target for 100% broadband coverage by 2013? Yes Through the attraction of the ERDF funding of LVL 4 million in the period 2004-2006 Latvia implemented a project „Development of Broadband Communications Infrastructure in Rural Areas”. By realizing this project broadband coverage is ensured in all territory of Latvia.
