Yes The rights to use 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2,5-2,69 GHz and 3,4-3,8 GHz frequency bands are technologie neutral. There is refarming period till 31/12/2013 for the band 2,5-2,69 GHz. Four electronic communication merchants got nationwide usage rights to use 2,6GHz band from 01/01/2014 in ranges 2500 MHz -2520 MHz /2620 MHz -2640 MHz, 2520 MHz -2540 MHz /2640 MHz -2660 MHz, 2540 MHz -2560 MHz /2660 MHz -2680 MHz and 2560 MHz – 2570 MHz/ 2680 MHz – 2690 MHz.
