Does the Point of Single Contact cover all the services foreseen in the Service Directive? Can all the administrative processes be done through the Point of Single Contact? Yes The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia’s provides consultations for entrepreneurs according to Paragraph 4’ of Regulations on Information Exchange in Operation of the Point of Single Contact. Transactions can be performed by sending application in the format of electronic document (signed with the qualified electronic signature and time-stamped when appropriate, according to the provisions of National Electronic Documents Law) to the authority responsible for the requested service.
