Member States to agree on common additional functionalities for smart meters

Does the Cost Benefit Analysis cover the 10 functionalities as per the European Commission Recommendations ? No The Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) was not carried out covering the 10 functionalities outlined in the European Commission Recommendation since these were published in March 2012 when the rollout of smart meters in Malta was well underway.
