|Do you have a National Deployment Plan on ERTMS?||Yes||The national deployment plan currently in vigour can be found under http://ec.europa.eu/transport/rail/interoperability/ertms/doc/edp/national_deployment_plans/belgium_ndp.pdf. This plan has been subject to an update called "Masterplan 2010-2025" presented in the Belgian Parliament on October 19th 2011 which pursues the deployment of ERTMS on the complete conventional railway network in Belgium by 2022. The plan also aims to enforce the use of ETCS on all rolling stock using the conventional railway network by 2025. The high speed lines currently equipped with ERTMS are L3(Liège - border BE/DE , authorisation BE 63 2009 003) and L4 (Antwerp - border BE/NL, authorisation BE 63 2008 003 ). Furthermore the following lines are already equipped L36/L36C/L36N Leuven -Brussels (under authorisations BE 63 2012 001 and BE 63 2012 002) and the Diabolo connection between Brussels Airport and Brussels, Leuven, Mechelen (cfr. Decision C(2008) 7413, under the authorisations BE 63 2012 003 and BE 63 2012 004).|
|Will the lines due to be equipped (as per European Deployment Plan) be ready for 2015?||Yes||As planned the ERTMS Corridor C will be, conform to the Decision 2012/88/EU, equipped in Belgium with ERTMS by 2015. The current state of implementation can be found in the ASR of Decision C(2010)0127.|
