Member States to agree a common list of key cross-border public services

Have you identified priority key cross-border public services that correspond to well defined needs? No only priority domains, it is planned to identify the key services in the frame of the Electronic Point of Contact Project PO IG- Central Records and Information on Economic Activities (CEiDG)
Have you agreed/committed by 2011 on a common list of key cross-border services that correspond to well defined needs? No Polish priorities are in line with the priorities set out in the sixth European Ministerial Conference and Exhibition on e-Government (Poznań, 17 - November 18, 2011 Cross-border eGovernment services for Europeans). Ministers responsible for eGovernment issues agreed on potential areas of five e-services to be available online by 2015.
Have you implemented or do you have concrete plans to implements cross-border services? Yes first services as a part of the SPOCS, Ministry of Finance - Custom Services • NCTS (computerized system that supports the Community transit procedure in the European Union); • EMCS (System and Surveillance Movement of Excise Goods); • ECS2 (Export Control System); • ICS (Import Control System) participation in EUCARIS
