Action 38 in Slovenia flag Slovenia

Member States to establish pan-European Computer Emergency Response Teams

Indicator Status Evidence
Has a national or governmental CERT been established? Yes SI-CERT - Slovenian CERT operates within the Academic and Research Network of Slovenia (ARNES), which is a not-for-profit government-funded public institution. By agreement with the Slovenian government, SI-CERT also temporarily provides the role of the Government CERT. This basically means that SI-CERT closely cooperates with the Ministry of justice and public administration which supervises HKOM, i.e. public administration’s private network. In principle it is the Ministry of justice and public administration the one that imposes the implementation of measures to counter cyber-security threats. SI-CERT doesn’t have a direct authority over HKOM and to HKOM connected ministries. http://www.cert.si/index.php?id=35 SI-CERT - Slovenian CERT operates within the Academic and Research Network of Slovenia (ARNES), which is a not-for-profit government-funded public institution.
