|Has the Member State set up a national alert platform?||No||At present Spain is developing the National Cybersecurity Strategy. One of the key actions is to develop this national alert platform, mainly using CERTs. For now, there is one national alert platform focused on citizens and SMEs through the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, for citizens, SMEs and Industry, through the National Institute of Telecommunications Technologies INTECO, INTECO-CERT: http://cert.inteco.es/Current_News/, http://cert.inteco.es/securityAdvice/Current_News/Security_advisories_for_technical_users/, http://cert.inteco.es/securityAdvice/Current_News/Security_advisories_for_non_technical_users/, http://cert.inteco.es/Current_News/Subscriptions/. Also other CERTs through its constituencies are giving alert platforms to Public Administration and Academia. Finally there is a Spanish CERT Community through www.csirt.es with a coordination alert service between the national, regional and private CERTs.|
