|Have civil infrastructure initiatives been developed to entice new market entrants?||Yes||NRA (Comisión del Mercado de las Telecomunicaciones) has issued detailed regulation (market 4 analysis) for sharing of civil works and ducts. There is also regulation for access to in-building infrastructures(Infraestructuras Comunes de Telecomunicación). Ongoing revision of the Telecoms Law will include provisions fostering the re-use of available infrastructures.|
