Member States to agree a common list of key cross-border public services

Have you agreed/committed by 2011 on a common list of key cross-border services that correspond to well defined needs? No At Ministerial Roundtable in Poznan in November 2011, 5 key cross-border services were identified. Agreement with Member States planned for the second half of 2012.
Have you implemented or do you have concrete plans to implements cross-border services? Yes participation in EUCARIS, https://www.eucaris.net/, Over 5 million medical records in the National Health System will be available through electronic means in the epSOS pilot, and the e-ID can now be used in change of address and university registration procedures in other member States thanks to the test benches developed in the context of STORK: http://administracionelectronica.gob.es/recursos/pae_020002227.pdf

Other initiatives:

Spain is part of the eSense consortium that plans to start the project in 2013. This project aims to harmonise and deploy the building blocks developed in the LSPs in new cross-border services.
