|Does it serve as a one-stop-shop for the public who can play an active role in reporting illicit online activity?||Yes||Norway has etablsihed a police online tip-off system on sexual exploitation of children, human trafficking and racism on the Internet. |Does it compile statistics on alerts, thus tracking the development of cybercrime at national level?||Yes||NorCERT does this to a certain extent, but it is targeted primarily against attacs on critical infrastructure|
