Has a national or governmental CERT been established? Yes CERT Bulgaria is the national Computer Security Incidents Response Team. It was established in 2008. Under the categorization of European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA), it is national and governmental, because it serves the authorities of the state administration and is a national contact point in an international scale.
Is the CERT fully operational? Yes The CERT BG provides the following reactive and pro-active services to its constituencies: - Alerts and Warnings; - Vulnerability Handling; - Incident Handling; - Artifact Handling; - Announcements; - Security-Related Information - Dissemination
Does the CERT participate in international CERT communities/initiatives? Yes CERT Bulgaria is a member of TI accredited teams The participation of the national CERT in international initiatives consists of participation in: - thematic conferences on cyber-security; - international cyber-security trainings; - other forums - operational cooperation
