Member States to develop national broadband plans

Do you have a National Broadband Plan which specifies a set of measurable broadband targets or will you have such a plan in place before 31st December 2012? Does the Plan meet the European Commission's Digital Agenda for Europe target for 100% broadband coverage by 2013? Yes The vision of the Republic of Bulgaria set in the plan is: "Promoting the socio-economic development by creating conditions for Bulgarian citizens and business to use the opportunities of developing e-services based on broadband infrastructure for equal NGA 100% (full) coverage of the territory."
Does the Plan meet the European Commission's Digital Agenda for Europe target for 100% coverage over 30Mbps by 2020? Yes In the National Plan for broadband infrastructure for next generation access are defined two national priorities by 2020 Priority 1: Ensuring equal access to high-speed and ultra-high-speed Internet through the development of broadband infrastructure to achieve full coverage of the territory of the country with access speed - exceeding 30 + Mbps. Priority 2: Promoting the use of services on broadband networks in order to at least 50% of households and 80% of businesses subscribers to use broadband over 100 Mbps.
Does the Plan meet the European Commission's Digital Agenda for Europe target for 50% of households to have subscriptions over 100 Mbps by 2020? Have supportive measures been introduced to support the achievement of National Broadband Plan targets? Yes In the Operational Programme Good Governance are envisaged measures that will support the achievement of the National High-speed Internet Plan objectives.
