|Are there national specifications public procurement for energy efficient lighting, through implementation of the Directive 2006/32/EC?||Yes||The First National Action Plan for promoting Green Public Procurement was set up in 2007 and includes energy efficiency lighting criteria. Targets have been set for different product categories. The gradual replacement of street lighting by high efficiency sodium lighting, the use, where possible, of fluorescent lamps in offices, the use of photovoltaic road signs, the fitting of light sensors in public buildings and specifications for street lighting are typical examples of the actions to be taken. The revised National Action Plan for promoting Green Public 2012-2014 includes the criteria and the product groups which are defined in the GPP Toolkit prepared by the EC.|
