Has the Services Directive been implemented? Yes Yes. The Services Directive was fully implemented in the Czech Republic by 28 December 2009. In the case of the Czech Republic, the screening resulted in the adoption of two new acts – the so-called "Framework" Act 222/2009 Coll. on the free movement of services and the so-called "Amendment" Act 223/2009 Coll.
Has the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive been implemented? Yes Yes. The direction was transported by the Act no. 36/2008 Sb.
Has the Telecoms Framework been implemented? Yes The Telecom Framework has been transposed into the Czech national legislation by Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications and on Amendment to Certain Related Acts, as subsequently amended. This legislation implementing the EU regulatory framework came into force on 1st January 2012.
Has the Audiovisual Media Services Directive been implemented? Yes The Telecoms Framework has been implemented. AVMS directive was transposed by the laws n. 132/2010 and n. 302/2011
