Is e-learning present in national programmes and action plans? Yes Yes, but more like a common means of education then a special supported goal.
Is e-learning present in national curricula? - Not explicitly, but national curricula set up knowledge, skills and attitudes supporting use of e-learning in real life. It is planned to develop this approach further.
Are there training initiatives (for teachers, enterprises) using eLearning tools on the national level? Yes E.g. There were developed and is run national Methodological portal (, one of its module is e-learning. It offers open courses for teachers and a space to run elearning courses for teachers. Other example is setting up new state exam Maturita - upper-secondary school leaving examination - teachers of secondary schools were (and are) trained via e-learning there.
Are there dissemination initiatives for awareness raising in place? Yes Mostly like a part of other initiatives focused on modern teaching and learning methods or needs and gaps identified in particular area of education and training.
Are there national projects on creative classrooms and creative learning environments in place? No No, they are not at present. There were such projects in the past, their results resists.
