Yes Parts of the renewed national intereoperability framework are still being translated, but a considerable part of the framework's documents (e.g. state information system's interoperability framework as well as web interoperability, software interoperability and security interoperability) are already available in English: http://www.riso.ee/en/information-policy/interoperability
Have public administrations aligned their national interoperability frameworks with the European Interoperability Framework?
