Action 90 in Estonia flag Estonia

Member States to ensure that Points of Single Contact function as fully fledged eGovernment centres

Indicator Status Evidence
Does the Point of Single Contact cover all the services foreseen in the Service Directive? Yes See: https://www.eesti.ee/eng (Estonian Government, 2012) and http://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/services/docs/services-dir/study_on_points/EE_en.pdf (Study on the Points of Single Contact - Estonian Country Report, 2012)
Can all the administrative processes be done through the Point of Single Contact? No Full case handling online is not yet possible for all procedures (29% of procedures cannot be done online) as stated in http://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/services/docs/services-dir/study_on_points/EE_en.pdf However, this is being addressed by the "General Code of Economic Activities Act, 2011" https://www.riigiteataja.ee/akt/125032011001 (Code of the General Law on Economic Activities, 2011) which will enter into force 1 January 2014.
Does the PSC facilitate cross-border provision of services? Yes See: http://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/services/docs/services-dir/study_on_points/EE_en.pdf (Study on the Points of Single Contact - Estonian Country Report, 2012)
Have you measured the reduction of costs and time to setup a business by using the PSC? -
