Action 89 in Finland flag Finland

Member States to make eGovernment services fully interoperable

Indicator Status Evidence
Does the Member State have a National Interoperability Framework? Yes Instead of a NIF Finland has a Public Administration's Common Architecture (JHKA) which covers / will cover the same issues as a NIF would. This common enterprise architecture for the whole public administration will contain all the elements that are or should be common to every public administration organisation. Every individual public administration organisation should develop it’s own enterprise architecture and in doing so take into account and follow and make use of the common Public Administration EA. https://www.yhteentoimivuus.fi/aihealue/Julkisen_hallinnon_yhteinen_kokonaisarkkitehtuuri%3bjsessionid=5D644FE2642D8AEC5AB636F32B7D5D5A
Have public administrations aligned their national interoperability frameworks with the European Interoperability Framework? Yes The Public Administration's Common Architecture includes architecture principles, which pretty much cover the principles described in EIF. Also otherwise EIF has guided our architecture work.
Does the NIF take into account the European dimension of public service delivery? No ...but it will.
Is IPv6 supported? Yes The government shared communication network supports IPv6.
